Smart Mobile Plan is an authorized installer for SmartMark Phones here are some FAQs pass this information on to anyone who you think can benefit from not having a monthly bill.
1.Who is SmartMark Phones?
SmartMark Phones is a marketing company that provides complimentary service just for answering seven survey questions a day.
2. Who is eligible for complimentary services?
Anyone eighteen(18) and older is eligible for complimentary services with SmartMark Phones. Individuals under the age of eighteen(18) are eligible with parental or guardian consent.
3. What is included in the complimentary service?
The complimentary service includes unlimited talk, text, and 5GB of 4G data.
4. Who is paying for my complimentary service?
As long as you answer the survey questions on a daily basis, SmartMark will pay for the provided service. Survey participation is mandatory to continue complimentary service.
5. Is there a contract?
SmartMark participants that receive a Install Kit from one of our SmartMark authorized install locations do not have a contract. All promotional free phones will fall under a two(2) year contract.
6. Can I keep my current smartphone?
All AT&T phones, and unlocked GSM handsets are fully compatible. Other unlocked and GSM compatible devices may be eligible for SmartMark participation.
7. What are the requirements in order to keep my complimentary service?
You will be required to respond to seven(7) survey questions per day through the SmartMark App. You can do this at your leisure any time that day and it takes less than a minute to respond. You’re part of cutting edge market research. As we get to know you through your responses and your profile we will ONLY send you survery questions, coupons, ads, etc that are related to things you want, like, enjoy and need. Make it fun, make it part of your daily routine!
8. Can I keep my current cell phone number?
Our number transfer portal is currently under construction.
